Part 2:  Working with documents

 When you first start Microsoft Word, it automatically creates a new Microsoft Word documents for you. This is like a piece of blank paper on to which you can start typing. Type anything and save it. Go to Office button> Save
The close button is use to close the current word documents.

To Open a documents, clickon the Office Button and select the Open command.
Press New button to create a new documents or press Ctrl+N.
You can create a documents by using template.To open template go to
Office button> New > Select template from the template list.
You can save office documents in many formate.Like
Plain Text: Saving your documents as a plain text file will remove all the formatting you have added to your documents.
Rich Text Format: This is generic word-processing file formate.


Switching between open documents
You can open multi documents in Microsoft word at a time and you can switch too. Press the Alt key and hold it down. Press the Tab key a few times. You will notice a popup window that lets you move from documents.
