How to activate cortana in bangladesh/india/pakistan

Cortana is great feature of windows 10 Tech Preview. Not only windows phone, now she is on your desktop computer.

Who is Cortana?

Cortana is your personal assistant. She can do anything for you. Like she can search the web, find things on your PC, keep track of your calendar—even tell you jokes.

How to talk with Cortana?

Cortana always with you. She can listen your voice. Beside start menu icon you will see a ask bar where you can ask anything. And Cortana will answer you.

Follow the instruction to enable Cortana outside America.

Step 1. go to Start menu> Setting>time and location
Step 2. Region and language> Select United States
Step 3. Change language English(United States)

Now you will see Cortana in your computer.
